Q: I am about to be homeless, is there an emergency shelter program?
A: There are several agencies in the area that can assist during these times of need. Please refer to our Emergency and Shelter Assistance page.
 
Q: Does the city of Citrus Heights have a first-time homebuyers program?
A: The city has a Home Buying Assistance Program for qualified first-time homebuyers. The program can assist families with down-payment and closing costs. For further information call (916) 727-4905.

A: For information about landlord and tenant rights, you may pick up a Fair Housing Handbook at City Hall or call the Fair Housing staff at (916) 727-4931.

A: The city offers home repair loans and grants for low interest rate home repair loans for qualified residents. Call (916) 414-4425 for more information about the program.

A: Everyone is aging! A Senior/Disabled Resource Guide has been designed to help seniors and their families be informed about available resources within the Citrus Heights area.
